A: Yes, and we also recommend that you include proper return postage as well as delivery confirmation.
Q: I have a mult-signed piece, may I send it in?
A: Yes, you may; however, please be advised that Unlimited Autographs is not responsible for damaged items due to a shipping service.
Q: Can I have my item personalized to me?
A: Yes, but there may be an extra charge due to an inscription fee.
Q: Will you use the pen or marker that I send with my item?
A: Yes, we will use any color pen or marker that you need your item signed in. We do recommend fine point blue ball-point pens on baseballs and blue sharpie on photos and newer baseball cards. For older baseball cards and publications, we use Staedtler markers. These markers are permanent, dry safe and will not bleed through.
Q: Do you provide items to be signed?
A: Yes, we provide Official Rawlings Major League baseballs as well as 8x10 photographs, Rawlings Big Stick Bats (we try and get the model from the era in which the player played) and Cards (inquire for availability). In some cases we also offer 11x14 photographs as well. We also try to have an image with every team that the player played for.
Q: Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity for the signatures you obtain?
A: Yes, you must send a written request for this along with your order.
Q: Can you ship my item back to me if I do not provide a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope?
A: Yes, baseball cards are $2.00 for the first card ($0.50 for each additional), 8x10 photographs and smaller flats are $5.00 for the first photograph ($0.50 for each additional). Baseballs are $10.00 for the first baseball ($2.00 for each additional) and deluxe items are $15.00 for the first deluxe item ($6.00 for each additional).
Q: What shipping service can I use to send my items to you?
A: We accept shipments from FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our preferred method of shipment is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q: How do I know my item will be signed by the player?
A: There will be pictures taken of the player signing items and those pictures will be posted on our website after the completion of each signing.

Q: Will you take a photograph of the player signing my specific items?
A: Yes, there is a $5.00 service fee per photo. You must send a written request for this service when mailing in your item.
Q: How long will it take to get my item back?
A: Your item will be returned within 2-5 days of the posted signing date. If a signing is delayed or cancelled, you will be notified and have the option of us keeping your item to be signed on a rescheduled signing date, or we will return your item with full refund.
